Easy Green Chicken Burritos
(depending on how hungry you are)
4 to 6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
About 3 to 4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil (use more if needed)
1 Jar of your favorite Green Taco Sauce 1 pot of fresh rice (brown rice would be good as well)
tortillas (any size you want)
Cube the chicken breast and remove any left on skin or fat (yuck). Put the chicken in a frying pan with olive oil (i use a wok). Fry up the chicken till just done and remove from heat. Drain off any liquids that just happen to be after cooking the chicken. Pour in the whole bottle of green taco sauce in same frying pan (or wok) and then dump the chicken in the pan. Mix it all up and turn your heat down to simmer. Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes .
**You can also do this with your favorite BBQ sauce. Instead of adding the green sauce just add BBQ sauce.
** Instead of using a tortilla you can serve it over rice.
