But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Galatians 5:22-23
Cinnamon Oatmeal Granola
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 tablespoons honey or agave
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts — (optional)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Melt the butter in the same pan over medium heat. Stir in the honey, cinnamon and brown sugar; cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly. Push the oats around in the pan and stir to combine. Cook and stir for another 5 minutes or so to make sure to coat thoroughly. Pour and spread it out onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 until it is crunchy. Now the original recipe just said to let it cool and didn't require any baking, but it didn't get crunchy enough for my taste. So you make the call. But I will say make sure you add your dried cranberries after you bake it other wise they get really chewy. Which ever way you do it.. it's yummy. My favorite way to eat it is on plain yogurt with spiced apples that I made in the crock pot.
