For the recipe today I am going to share with you something that I have been eating my whole life. My Mom still makes it for every pot luck, church event, and family picnic. It is super easy and so yummy. Hope you love it as much as we do.
1 head of chopped or shredded green cabbage
8 green onions
1/2 c. slivered almonds (toasted)
1/2 c. toasted sesame seed
2 pkgs. top Ramon (noodles only)
DRESSING:1/2 c. of oil
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. Accent
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
Mix in large bowl, sesame seeds, almonds, add dressing. Just before serving add the crushed noodles.
