I have witnessed the love of God be shown by others in such beautiful ways. I am blessed with some amazing friends that I get to live out this crazy life with.
The past few weeks have been filled with some very hard times, but amazingly enough they have also been filled with some times of great joy. Not only have my sweet sisters and I found joy in friendship, but we have also found joy in Jesus.
"Because You have been my help,Therefore in the shadow of Your wings I will rejoice. Psalm 63:7
And on a less serious note we have also found joy in lots and lots of iced coffee.. so needless to say I was very happy when I came across this recipe to cold press coffee earlier this week..because who wants to keep paying $2.50 for iced coffee??
I put it on the jar tonight and I will strain it in the morning and then I will give you an update after my taste test..but if you want to try it for yourself here is the recipe-
**Update: I am in love with this coffee.. it tastes awesome, but she wasn't kidding when she said it's strong, even I had to add a little water.. but it is so yummy and easy. Definitely a keeper.
